2. Orders
When you submit checkout, you send us an order request. It is not a binding contract until we confirm availability and you complete payment through the secure link we email to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay. Promo code GLOW10 gives 10% off eligible items on your first order and cannot be used on gift cards or combined with other offers unless we say so.
4. Shipping
We ship physical items to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping takes 3 to 6 business days and is free on orders over $50; otherwise it costs $6.49. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days and costs $13.95. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Digital products
Gift cards, language plans and antivirus subscriptions are delivered as codes by email, normally within one business day of payment. They are subject to the terms of the brand that issues them. Please check your email address carefully; we are not responsible for codes sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Product information
We work to describe products accurately, but colors, packaging and details may vary slightly from photos. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Wellness and supplement products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition; follow label directions and consult a professional where appropriate.
8. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or use it for any unlawful purpose. Site content, design and text belong to Express Delivery Shop and may not be copied without permission.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law requires otherwise.
